GoTo is seeking a Sr. Financial Analyst, SaaS Retention Specialist, to own renewal forecasting and retention analytics across designated SaaS product lines. You will drive end-to-end forecasting, provide actionable insights, and partner with Retention leaders to shape business decisions.

The role emphasizes data integrity, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, remote US environment. Strong SaaS KPI knowledge is essential for success.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years’ FP&A or similar financial analysis roles in SaaS or subscription-based models.
• Expert level financial modeling and data manipulation.
• Ability to handle ambiguity and high workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong cross-team collaboration and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Forecast end-to-end renewal forecasting and validate forecast models for churn, renewal rates, and retention.
• Analyze retention metrics and trends; deliver insights to leaders; own weekly pacing updates and monthly/quarterly reviews.
• Conduct variance analysis; identify root causes; deliver proactive recommendations influencing business strategy.
• Reconcile retention data weekly/monthly and ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
