JLL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial excellence across our global commercial real estate platform. You will build advanced models, prepare reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform strategic decisions.

This role offers remote work options in the United States, with responsibilities including monthly closes, forecasting, and presenting to senior leadership. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in financial analysis and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with financial modeling.
• Experience presenting to senior executives.
• GAAP knowledge; real estate familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Leasing, and Operations to analyze performance.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close, budget vs. actual, and forecasting.
• Oversee accounts receivable and research past-due items.
• Support board materials, investor reports, and client reporting packages.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive process improvements.
• Develop automated and streamlined reporting while preserving data integrity.
