Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to drive financial excellence across our global commercial real estate platform. You will build sophisticated models, prepare executive dashboards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence investment strategies and operational efficiency.

You will lead monthly closes, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned portfolios while leveraging AI-driven insights to support senior leadership decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 6 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel with complex models and formulas.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with senior leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models for real estate investments and portfolios.
• Prepare financial reports, variance analyses, and executive dashboards.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sourcing, and other teams to analyze performance metrics.
• Lead monthly and quarterly close processes, budget vs. actual analyses, and forecasting.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and governance across finance operations.
