Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive accounting and financial management experience, incl. 3+ years in CRE or property management
• Advanced proficiency in financial reporting and month-end close
• Strong communication and presentation abilities to senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for assigned portfolio
• Develop annual budgets and rolling reforecasts with property management teams
• Provide strategic financial guidance through variance analysis and NOI insights
• Oversee AP/AR and tenant billing ensuring compliant revenue recognition
• Coordinate audits, tax returns, and loan compliance reporting with external partners
• Lead improvements using technology and automation to boost accuracy and efficiency
• Mentor junior finance staff and collaborate with asset managers, leasing, and operations
• Prepare executive-level presentations and investment recommendations
• Monitor KPIs, trends, and market data to inform strategy
