Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join the GTM Finance function. You will build revenue forecast models, analyze variance drivers, and provide decision-ready insights to support Go-To-Market initiatives.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Onboarding to improve forecasting accuracy, inform capital allocation, and prepare materials for leadership and investors. This is a hands-on role at a high-growth fintech company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A experience in a high-growth software company or investment banking.
• Strong Excel modelling skills for revenue forecasting.
• Experience analyzing SaaS metrics and KPIs.
• Excellent cross-functional communication.
• SQL experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Pigment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario analysis.
• Improve forecast accuracy and explain variances with actionable recommendations.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support to senior leadership.
• Deliver data-driven insights to optimize GTM performance.
• Streamline processes and build scalable budgeting solutions.
• Prepare materials for Board meetings, investors, and internal reporting.
• Create and monitor KPIs to measure performance.
