Job summary

BeyondTrust is seeking a highly analytical FP&A professional to support our go-to-market organization with a primary focus on operating expenses, investment planning, and performance analysis. You will manage expense forecasts, understand spending drivers, and help leaders evaluate hiring, programs, and other investments.

You will also support analysis of Sales capacity, CAC, and sales efficiency, contributing to topline forecasting and expanding into broader commercial-finance responsibilities

Qualifications

• FP&A experience within GTM or go-to-market functions is required.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis skills.
• Ability to partner with sales, marketing, and ops to drive commercial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and expense analysis for GTM.
• Analyze headcount, hiring timing, and personnel costs with cross-functional inputs.
• Explain variances against budget and forecast; develop actionable recommendations.
