Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to support the GTM Finance function within GTM FP&A. You will build revenue forecast models, explain variances, and provide insights to improve forecasting accuracy across Sales, Partnerships, Marketing, and Customer Onboarding.

Reporting to the Director of GTM Finance, you will collaborate with senior leadership to provide ad hoc financial analysis, monitor KPIs, and prepare materials for Board meetings and investors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience at a high-growth software company or investment banking
• Excellent Excel modeling skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills across functions and levels
• Familiarity with SaaS metrics and revenue forecasting
• SQL experience a plus; NetSuite and Pigment familiarity a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop robust financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario analysis
• Improve forecast accuracy and explain material variances to expectations
• Collaborate with senior leadership to provide ad hoc financial analysis and budgetary support
• Deliver data-driven insights to optimize GTM performance
• Create and monitor KPIs to measure financial objectives
• Prepare materials for Board of Directors meetings and investors
