Job summary

Neighborly Software in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to partner with the CFO, shaping budgets, rolling forecasts, and KPI dashboards to drive strategic decisions.

You will lead financial modeling for new initiatives, implement automation and AI to boost reporting speed, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Technology to align finance with business strategy and provide insights to the executive team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis or related field
• Experience in high-growth SaaS environment preferred
• Advanced Excel modeling; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools, scripting (Python/SQL), or automation platforms
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadline pressure

Responsibilities

• Own and improve annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts across departments
• Partner with department leaders to build, monitor, and refine budgets and headcount plans
• Develop ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decisions
• Provide analysis and recommendations to CFO and executive team
• Prepare board materials and investor reporting packages
• Design and maintain KPI dashboards for real-time visibility
• Track SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, gross margin, Rule of 40) and translate into insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial planning with business strategy
• Identify and implement new tools and processes to improve finance speed and accuracy
• Lead adoption of AI/automation to enhance reporting speed
• Support financial modeling for new initiatives and business cases
• Continuously improve processes with a bias toward efficiency
