Job summary

You will develop automated solutions, partner with the CFO, and drive efficiency across budgeting, variance analysis, and ad hoc analyses.

The ideal candidate brings 2–6 years FP&A experience, strong Excel and SQL skills, and a builder mindset to elevate finance processes through automation and AI-assisted tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• 2–6 years of Finance or FP&A experience demonstrated through work experience or education.
• Experience automating financial or analytical workflows is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs detailed research and variance analysis against forecast, budget, and actuals across key metrics.
• Facilitates monthly close and analysis of P&L, working capital, and non-financial accounts.
• Builds automated reporting and forecasting solutions to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
• Uses AI tools and scripting to accelerate data preparation and recurring deliverables.
• Participates in annual budgeting, including unit-level income and expense budgets.
• Performs quantitative modeling to provide insights on profitability drivers.
• Monitors financial data and KPIs to track progress against plans.
