Xactly seeks a Financial Analyst to join its finance team in optimizing financial modeling, forecasting and performance analysis. You will work cross-functionally to turn source data into actionable insights for executives and improve visibility into the business.

You will develop new metrics, support monthly reporting, and help with budget processes while leveraging AI-enabled finance tools to enhance accuracy and speed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of finance-related experience.
• Experience with ERP/Planning Systems (Adaptive Planning/Workday a plus).
• Advanced Excel modeling and SQL is a plus.
• Experience with BI tools and AI in finance modeling.

Responsibilities

• Assist finance team with understanding, modeling and measuring the business.
• Analyze key metrics and prepare monthly reporting for senior management.
• Forecast budgets and partner with executives on financial planning.
• Develop new metrics and processes for consistent measurement.
