Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic analytics.
• Proven experience building AI-enabled tools, copilots, or workflows to accelerate analysis.
• Strong business analysis skills with ability to translate questions into actionable insights.
• Advanced SQL proficiency; working knowledge of Python; Snowflake or similar data stack.
• Experience with Tableau or other BI tools is a plus.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Design and build AI-enabled workflows, agents, and tools to automate analysis and reporting.
• Use LLMs, copilots, and automation with SQL and Python to accelerate data prep and insight generation.
• Build datasets and frameworks to support new business questions across the enterprise.
• Maintain dashboards and self-service reporting (Tableau) delivering durable value.
• Champion AI adoption within Finance & Strategy by sharing reusable components with the team.
• Deliver analyses on historical trends, forecast drivers, and emerging business questions.
• Contribute a Finance & Strategy perspective to forecast cycles, linking data to drivers, risks, and variances.
• Partner with Corporate Finance, Product Finance, GTM, and Analytics/Ops to align on data sources and metric definitions.
• Own dataset integrity and validate against source systems, acting as the first line of defense for anomalies.
• Translate findings into clear business terms and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
