SSOE is seeking a Financial Analyst III in the Atlanta area to serve as a trusted finance partner, delivering insights, forecasting, and guidance that inform strategic decisions. The role requires strong autonomy, deep analytical skills, and the ability to translate results into actionable business recommendations.

Responsibilities span strategic analysis, close and reporting, forecasting, and governance. You will mentor junior staff and help strengthen financial controls within a dynamic design

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5-7 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise business partners.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze financial performance, drivers and trends to provide actionable insights.
• Partner with business leaders to support operational decisions, investments and initiatives.
• Explain interdependencies of financial statements and communicate implications to stakeholders.
• Review financial statements and management reports, ensuring accuracy and interpretation.
• Assist with forecasts and budgets, including supporting analysis for investments.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.
• Mentor junior team members and lead by example.
