Qualifications

• One year or more of experience in financial aid, student services, or related field.
• Attention to detail with accurate documentation and records.

• Effective communication and collaboration with colleagues and departments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate student eligibility and award financial aid per guidelines and regulations.
• Process aid from multiple sources, including federal/state grants, loans, and tuition programs.
• Review and approve documentation for Title IV verification and other eligibility requirements.
• Coordinate return of excess funds to students, lenders, or funding sources.
• Conduct withdrawal evaluations and Return of Title IV Funds calculations.
• Investigate and resolve complex financial aid cases and implement corrective actions.
• Review student accounts and adjust records to maintain accuracy.
• Collaborate with colleagues and departments to resolve inquiries and streamline workflows.
• Maintain performance standards for processing quality and productivity.
