Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Sr. Manager, Finance & Value Realization to partner with transformation teams and executive leadership. You will govern financial discipline, build business cases, and drive value realization across enterprise investments.

You will lead forecasting, budgeting, dashboards, and portfolio reporting; challenge estimates, quantify ROI, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Collaboration with FP&A, Operations, Technology, and Compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years FP&A, transformation finance, strategic finance, or related experience.
• 3+ years progressive leadership experience.
• Experience developing business cases, financial models, ROI analyses, and executive-level recommendations.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders in a matrixed organization; healthcare/regulated industry experience preferred.
• Participate in compliance program objectives and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate transformation investment requests, business cases, funding proposals, and Board-approved initiatives.
• Review financial assumptions, outcomes, timing, risks, and return profiles.
• Establish standardized financial governance routines for transformation funding and performance monitoring.
• Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and scenario assessments for investments.
• Quantify costs, benefits, risks, and cash flows to inform decisions.
• Partner with FP&A and business teams to reflect transformation impacts in forecasts and budgets.
• Monitor spend, forecasts, milestones, and performance against funding.
• Develop portfolio reporting and executive summaries highlighting performance and risks.
