Job summary

RTX is seeking a Finance Senior Supervisor to join the Naval Power's AEGIS Sustainment finance portfolio. The role involves managing direct reports, overseeing financial operations and program controls for DoD/FMS contracts with the U.S. Navy as primary customer.

You will develop EACs, interface with program management leaders, analyze performance, mentor team members and support FP&A processes including bookings and earnings forecasts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years experience, or an advanced degree with 3 years.
• Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, BW/AO) or similar financial systems; EVMS/Program Controls experience; EVMS certification within 6 months.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance; DoD/FMS program familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and quarterly ETAs (EACs) for programs.
• Coordinate with Control Account Managers, PMs and leadership; ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Analyze program performance using PRISM tools; assist with baseline for new awards.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Forecast bookings, sales, earnings and cash; contribute to AOP/LRP inputs.
• Support ad hoc requests (RFI, UCA proposals) and process improvements.
