Job summary

RTX in the United States is seeking a finance professional to join the Naval Power portfolio focused on DOD/FMS NRD and ORDALT installations. You will manage EACs, deliver CDRLs, and interface with control account managers while ensuring policy compliance and accurate program performance analysis.

Ideal candidates will have a finance or related degree, SAP/RTN PMX experience, and strong communication skills, with citizenship eligibility for security clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field or equivalent experience and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), RTN PMX or similar financial systems.
• Experience with Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and/or EAC Process.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly Development of Estimate at Completion (EACs).
• Deliver Monthly contract deliverables (CDRLs).
• Interface with Control Account Managers, Program Management, the Integrated Product Leadership Team, and ensuring compliance with financial policies.
• Analysis of program performance, utilization of PRISM tools, assisting with initial baseline for new awards.
• Support review and forecast of Bookings, Sales, Earnings and Cash forecast to Financial Planning.
• Summarize contract level inputs and updates to Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
• Contribute to cross-functional teams with an emphasis on financial implications of team decisions and ensure finance team knowledge of program decisions.
• Develop, utilize, and disseminate process improvement and tool improvement opportunities to enhance analytical opportunities for the entire finance team.
