Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Finance Senior Supervisor to manage a team within Naval Power’s AEGIS Sustainment finance portfolio. The role focuses on EAC development, program performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with PM and leadership to drive financial planning and control.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, DoD finance experience, and proficiency with SAP/PRISM. This is a hybrid US-based position with opportunities for process improvement and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in business/finance.
• Experience with SAP, PRISM, or BW/AO finance systems.
• EVMS, program controls and EAC process experience.
• EVMS Certification or plan to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• U.S. citizenship required for security access.

Responsibilities

• Quarterly development of Estimate at Completion (EACs).
• Interface with Control Account Managers and program leadership; ensure financial policy compliance.
• Analyze program performance and utilize PRISM tools; assist with initial baselines for new awards.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Support review and forecast of bookings, sales, earnings, and cash to Financial Planning.
• Summarize contract-level inputs for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Contribute to cross-functional teams; communicate financial implications of decisions.
• Develop and implement process and tool improvements for the finance team.
• Handle ad-hoc requests (RFI's, UCA proposal support).
