Job summary

Raytheon’s Naval Power’s AEGIS Sustainment finance team seeks a Finance Senior Supervisor to manage a DOD/FMS portfolio, lead a team, and drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting. The role involves contractual negotiations, cross-functional collaboration, and improving finance processes.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, EVMS experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering accurate financial insights and mentorship to staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; an advanced degree reduces experience requirement.
• Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, and/or BW/AO), RTN PMX or similar systems.
• EVMS certification or plan to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and quarterly EACs.
• Interface with Control Account Managers, Program Management, and leadership; ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze program performance using PRISM; assist with baseline for new awards.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
• Forecast and review bookings, sales, earnings, and cash.
• Contribute to Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP).
• Support cross-functional teams on financial implications of decisions.
• Identify process and tool improvement opportunities for the finance team.
• Handle ad-hoc requests (RFIs, UCA proposals).
