RTX Naval Power’s AEGIS Sustainment finance team seeks a Finance Senior Supervisor to lead a DoD/FMS portfolio, manage direct reports, and coordinate with internal and external customers. The role emphasizes EAC development, program performance analysis, and PRISM utilization in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor staff, drive process improvements, and support bookings, forecasts, and annual planning while ensuring adherence to financial policies and compliance across multiple contracts.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years.
• Experience using SAP (APEX, PRISM, BW/AO) and financial systems.
• Experience with EVMS, Program Controls (Cost/Schedule) and EVMS Certification within 6 months.
• U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Develop quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs).
• Interface with Control Account Managers, Program Management, and leadership to ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Analyze program performance using PRISM and baseline for new awards.
• Provide training and mentoring to team members.
