Superhuman is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to lead finance partnership for the Docs business unit. You will own the Docs Product P&L narrative, manage performance, and guide decisions with Product, Engineering, and GTM teams.

The role requires strong business judgment and rigorous financial management in a dynamic, hybrid environment in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will collaborate with Docs leadership to shape financial plans, manage resource allocation, and connect the business-unit

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, corporate finance, or related field.
• 3+ years partnering with product or business unit leaders.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with flexible, assumption-driven models.
• Clear written and verbal communication to executive-ready materials.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and align cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with large datasets and models.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance partnership for the Docs business unit and shape the financial plan.
• Own the Docs Product P&L narrative and key metrics with leadership to decide where to invest.
• Partner with Docs leaders to identify opportunities to grow usage and revenue.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for personnel, vendors, and investments.
• Own direct revenue and work with GTM Finance on ARR assumptions.
• Lead monthly/quarterly business reviews against plan and forecast.
• Build models to understand product economics and inform decisions.
• Evaluate investments across functions with business cases and ROI frameworks.
• Deliver concise performance narratives for operating reviews and boards.
• Align on assumptions and data with cross-functional teams to drive execution.
• Develop repeatable planning and reporting processes for emerging revenue streams.
• Leverage AI and automation to improve analysis and workflows.
