Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a senior FP&A professional to partner with the Go-to-Market finance team, driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to influence strategic decisions. The role involves building trusted relationships with corporate marketing and communications, delivering analyses, and presenting performance insights to management.

You will own annual budgeting, monthly close, and headcount planning, and support broader Growth FP&A activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of finance experience with budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and modeling.
• FP&A experience in a corporate environment at a publicly-traded company or investment bank.
• Experience with spreadsheets and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance partner to corporate marketing and communications teams.
• Build deep business partner relationships by understanding key drivers.
• Collaborate with GTM finance and cross-functional partners on insights and process improvements.
• Develop financial models to inform decisions and highlight drivers of performance.
• Own annual budgeting, monthly close, and forecast processes including headcount and discretionary spend.
• Support forecasting consolidations and annual planning for the Growth FP&A team.
• Create presentations and dashboards for senior leadership on performance and risks.
• Undertake ad hoc strategic projects.
