Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance for the Consumer Growth & Topline segment. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, this hybrid role partners with Growth, Product, Data, and Business Units to shape ARR, revenue, and strategic investments.

You will own Self-Serve ARR forecasting, build cohort models, drive planning cadences, and translate data into clear recommendations for leadership and the Board.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of FP&A/strategic finance experience, incl. 3+ years partnering with product/growth/BUs.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, CS or related field.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and ability to build flexible, assumption-driven models.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic finance partner to Growth leadership, providing insights and recommendations.
• Build Self-Serve ARR forecasting framework and manage planning cadences.
• Own ARR forecast models, cohort analytics, and data-driven storytelling for leadership and Board.
