Job summary

DocuSign is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to partner with the Go-to-Market finance teams in the Seattle area. You will own budgeting, monthly closes, and forecasting, building models and providing strategic insights to leadership. The role reports to the Sr.

Director of FP&A and supports cross-functional partners across corporate marketing and communications. The position offers a hybrid work environment with in-office requirements and a focus on driving performance insights and business

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in finance with emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and financial modeling.
• FP&A experience in a corporate environment at a publicly-traded company or at an investment bank.
• Experience with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary finance business partner to the corporate marketing and communications teams.
• Build deep business partner relationships across the organization by understanding relevant business drivers.
• Partner with GTM finance team and cross-functional partners on insights and process improvements.
• Develop financial models to streamline decision-making and highlight key drivers of performance.
• Own annual budgeting, monthly close, and forecast processes including headcount and discretionary spend.
• Support forecast consolidations and annual planning.
• Create presentations, reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Undertake ad hoc strategic projects.
