Job summary

Superhuman, based in the San Francisco Bay Area, offers a dynamic hybrid model with in-person collaboration twice weekly to foster trust and team culture. We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for our self-serve consumer business.

You will partner with Growth, Product, Data, BUs and Finance to evaluate performance, forecast ARR, retention trends, and unit economics; build ARR planning framework, develop models, and translate insights

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A/strategic finance with leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, CS or equivalent
• Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis
• Experience with user metrics, cohort analysis, ARR/revenue linkage
• Strong data collaboration and SQL proficiency

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic finance partner to Growth, Product, Data, BUs and Finance
• Forecast ARR, analyze acquisition, conversion, retention, and churn
• Build and scale Self-Serve ARR planning framework and cadence
• Own ARR forecast models and cohort-based analyses
• Track performance vs forecast and communicate drivers and risks
• Define metrics with Data and improve data quality and attribution
• Connect product/marketing decisions to ARR and revenue outcomes
• Improve forecasting with rolling forecasts and AI-assisted insights
