Job summary

Superhuman is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance to lead finance partnership for our Docs business unit. You’ll partner with Docs leadership to shape the financial plan, manage performance, and guide decisions across Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market.

You’ll own the Docs Product P&L narrative, build scalable models, and drive planning, forecasting, and operating reviews. This role requires 8+ years in FP&A/finance with strong modeling and cross‑functional influence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, strategic/ corporate finance or related field, incl. partnering with product or BU leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, Engineering, CS, or equivalent.
• Advanced financial modeling skills with flexible, assumption-driven models.
• Clear written and verbal communication, turning analysis into exec-ready recommendations.
• Track record of influencing senior leaders and cross-functional alignment.

Responsibilities

• Translate product strategy and priorities into financial plans, resources, and recommendations.
• Own the Docs Product P&L narrative and key metrics; explain performance and opportunities.
• Partner with Docs leaders to identify growth opportunities based on performance, trends, and market context.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for personnel, vendors, and investments.
• Own Docs' direct revenue and contribute to ARR forecasting with GTM Finance.
• Deliver performance narratives for operating reviews, Board materials, and strategic planning.
