Superhuman is seeking a Senior Manager, Accounting Operations to lead the monthly close and enhance accounting processes. This role offers the flexibility of remote or hybrid work from San Francisco or Seattle.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in accounting operations, particularly in high-growth environments, and a proven track record of leading automated initiatives. Join us to drive measurable improvements in a dynamic finance team.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Senior Manager level.
• Experience in a high-growth, multi-entity company at $200M+ revenue scale.
• Direct people-management experience coaching Senior- and Staff-level accountants.

• Own the monthly close end-to-end.
