Job summary

Georgia Ports Authority is seeking a Manager of Finance - Benefits to lead financial analysis and reporting for defined benefit and defined contribution plans, medical and retiree benefits, and compensation programs. The role supports audits, budgets, and month-end close while upholding GPA values.

You will partner with HR and the executive team on complex analyses, track financial status against forecasts, and help optimize benefit plans.

Qualifications

• Senior financial management experience; 4–6 years required.
• Experience in Board level reporting preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate financial aspects of defined benefit and defined contribution plans.
• Support compensation and retirement program analyses with HR and Exec team.
• Assist with annual budgeting and annual audits and close processes.
• Prepare month-end reporting for benefit plans and related schedules.
• Develop predictive financial models to aid decision making.
• Support ERP and financial systems implementation and process reviews.
