Job summary

PulteGroup in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to support experience-driven administrative and analytical work across group health, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, life, travel, and wellness programs.

You will review utilization and fees, lead research, provide education to HR and employees, manage leave inquiries, generate reports, assist 401(k) audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with payroll and benefits software systems (ADP, Workday, bswift).
• Strong math calculations and reasoning.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Review utilization, fees, claims experience and service of benefits plans and prepare regular reports.
• Lead technical research; plan interpretation and educational support to HR and employees.
• Provide guidance on Employee Wellness program administration and communication.
• Handle leave inquiries; educate employees and managers on the leave process and policies.
• Generate reports to analyze leave data and trends.
• Assist with 401k program management including audits, testing and reporting.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA, ERISA, Section 125).
• Manage data integrity and verification for benefits software systems and participant data.
