Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services (GBS) seeks a Divisional Sr. Financial & Actuarial Consultant in the Health and Benefits division.

This senior role provides leadership, actuarial guidance, and oversight to FAC managers and consultants, ensuring accurate underwriting tools, templates, and training resources are used across regions. You will mentor analysts, drive capacity planning, and participate in client meetings to deliver measurable ROI and high‑quality service to Gallagher’s clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 7 years experience with Broker or Carrier side focusing on Health and Benefits.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits funding mechanisms.
• Experience with carrier reporting systems and underwriting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of financial and actuarial professionals delivering high‑quality services to clients and internal teams.
• Provide resources, tools and training for underwriting analysis, financial projections, reserves, plan design modeling, and overall financial analysis.
• Represent FAC in client or prospect meetings and drive adoption of best practices across regions.
