Job summary

Namely is looking for a Benefits Manager to oversee the Benefits Administration team and ensure timely, accurate benefit processing. You will provide supervision and support, handle complex benefit transactions, and partner with Payroll and Accounting to resolve discrepancies.

This role requires a strong leader with at least 2–5 years of managerial experience in benefits and an associate's degree. The position is based in Duluth, Georgia, and involves regular onsite attendance.

Qualifications
