Job summary

Expert Executive Recruiters (EER Global) is seeking a Controller for their Chatsworth facility, focusing on financial operations within the defense and aerospace sectors. In this senior role, you will have full P&L ownership and act as the primary financial partner to the US leadership team, reporting directly to the global CFO.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance along with extensive experience in finance and accounting, particularly in a manufacturing environment. The role offers a 9/80 work schedule with 1 day of remote work each week.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive finance/accounting experience; 3+ years at Controller level.
• Defense, aerospace, or highly regulated manufacturing background.
• US citizenship and commutable to Chatsworth, CA.

Responsibilities

• Own full monthly financial close and divisional P&L.
• Oversee legal activities and shared service IT function.
• Provide strategic financial counsel to leadership.
