Qualifications

• Degree qualified in either Accounting or Business Management.
• CPA certification preferred but not essential.
• Demonstrated success in a complex manufacturing environment.
• Ability to drive accurate reporting in P&L variance.
• Excellent ERP skills acting as the subject matter expert.
• Exhibit a strong, ambitious personality to lead.
• Engage with the Senior Leadership Team to present data.
• Excellent communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the AR, AP, and general accounting teams.
• Play a key role in manufacturing cost accounting.
• Lead inventory cost analysis and control.
• Responsible for accurate reporting across the full P&L.
• Champion accuracy in financial reporting.
• Support tax compliance and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Act as the ERP subject matter expert.
• Promote world-class accounting procedures.
