Parker Aerospace - Exotic Metals Forming Division is seeking a Division Controller to manage the division's accounting function, budgeting, reporting and internal controls. You will lead a team, drive improvements, and ensure GAAP compliance across the organization.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years of experience in corporate/manufacturing accounting, strong integrity, and proven leadership. This role is based on-site in Kent, WA with Parker's comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• 7–10+ years of corporate and manufacturing accounting experience.
• Highest integrity, strong customer service and productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develops and installs division-wide accounting systems.
• Prepares monthly income statements and balance sheets.
• Oversees internal controls and financial reporting.
• Reviews investments in operating assets.
• Leads talent development for the accounting team.
