Job summary

Fivetran seeks a Senior Analyst on the GTM Finance team to own mission-critical models and deliver insights that shape executive decisions. You will translate sales data into strategic plans, partner with Sales and RevOps, and support investment choices to scale our SaaS GTM motions.

This high-impact role requires analytical rigor, strong finance communication, and the ability to drive data-driven decisions across Sales, Revenue Operations, and Accounting.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics, revenue forecasting, and GTM operating models.
• Expert-level modeling skills (Excel/Sheets), and comfort with BI tools (Looker); planning systems (Pigment/Anaplan/Adaptive).
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders and executives.
• Strong executive presence, attention to detail, and a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sales capacity models to support headcount, ramping, productivity, attainment and quota.
• Analyze revenue planning for existing customers including renewals, expansion, contraction, churn and retention.
• Manage headcount forecast and budget planning with Sales leaders, Revenue Ops and Recruiting.
• Evaluate ROI of sales investments through headcount, productivity, pipeline, bookings, ARR and contribution margin.
• Support quarterly forecasts, long-range planning and annual operating plans.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly forecast-to-actuals reporting and variance analyses for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Ops, Data, Accounting and Finance to improve data quality and decision support.
• Develop dashboards and presentations to communicate performance, risks and opportunities.
