Job summary

Fivetran is seeking a Senior Analyst on the GTM Finance team to own mission-critical models and deliver insights that inform executive decisions. You will partner with Sales and RevOps to translate performance data into strategic planning, optimizing investments and scaling our sales-led GTM motion.

This high-impact role requires analytical rigor in SaaS finance, with a hybrid work model offering remote flexibility and in-person collaboration two days per week.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.
• Deep familiarity with SaaS metrics, revenue forecasting, and GTM operating models.
• Expert-level modeling in Excel/Sheets; comfort with BI tools and planning systems.
• Ability to communicate financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders and executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Sales Capacity and Productivity models to inform headcount, ramp, productivity, attainment, and quotas.
• Analyze revenue planning for existing customers including renewals, expansion, contraction, churn and retention.
• Manage headcount forecast and budget planning with Sales leaders and Revenue Operations.
• Evaluate ROI of sales investments with metrics like headcount, productivity, pipeline, ARR, and payback.
• Support quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and annual operating plans.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly forecast-to-actual analyses and performance narratives for leadership.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Data, and Accounting to improve data quality and decision support.
• Develop dashboards and presentations to communicate performance, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
