Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior leader to drive the Finance AI transformation initiatives, partnering with IT, Data and business stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities and scale AI-enabled processes across Finance and Accounting. You will define the operating model, manage the roadmap, and ensure governance and compliance.

The role requires 12+ years in finance transformation, with 3+ years in AI or automation programs, and a strong grasp of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, and controls.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A and Controls.

Responsibilities

• Define the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Manage AI transformation roadmap; prioritize initiatives and govern.
• Oversee proof of concept delivery and scale successful pilots.
• Design role-based learning paths for AI adoption in F&A.
