Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a senior leader to drive the AI transformation within Finance & Accounting. You will define the operating model, govern AI initiatives, and partner with IT, Data, and Vendors to deliver scalable AI solutions for finance processes.

Responsibilities include shaping the AI roadmap, evaluating platforms, and building governance to ensure compliance, ROI, and successful production deployments across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years combined experience in Finance or Accounting Transformation.
• 3+ years delivering AI, automation, or advanced analytics initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of Close, Consolidation, FP&A, Controls Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the F&A AI operating model, charter, and governance forums.
• Maintain AI transformation roadmap, project intake, prioritization, and implementation.
• Identify high-value AI opportunities with finance process leads and surface ROI.
• Oversee proof-of-concept delivery and scale successful pilots into production.
• Design role-based learning paths for prompt craft and tool fluency in AI work.
