Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks an Operations Manager to lead Final Mile/Home Delivery operations for a national 3PL partner. You will manage a team, drive service levels, and maintain strong client relationships at a major retailer's delivery network in Tulsa.

Compensation includes a $70,000-$80,000 base salary plus a 10% annual bonus and relocation assistance for regional candidates. Expect to oversee drivers and staff, ensure safety and efficiency, and partner with customers to resolve issues while

Qualifications

• 5+ years of operations leadership experience in logistics or related field.
• Experience managing employees in distribution, transportation, delivery, or warehouse operations.
• Experience working with Independent Contractors.
• Strong customer relationship and account management skills.
• Ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of a Final Mile delivery location.
• Build and maintain relationships with onsite customers and Independent Contractors.
• Supervise and develop teams across Quality Control, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Ensure strong delivery performance, customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Monitor KPIs and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members.
