Job summary

Vantive in Tulsa, OK seeks a Regional Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day customer-facing operations across multiple locations in the US. You will coordinate 3PLs, distribution, and transportation partners to meet service levels and cost targets.

Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and KPI development; ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and manage a regional team up to 30 direct reports. Travel 15–25% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years management experience in customer-facing transportation and delivery operations.
• Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, planning and communication skills.
• Strong project management能力.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and WMS/DOT systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, teams and departments in the US region.
• Direct private fleet management to meet customer requirements cost-effectively.
• Develop and lead programs to improve supply chain operations.
• Coordinate between customers, distribution, internal teams and vendors to resolve inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Develop budgets, imperatives, and strategic plans; manage staffing and KPIs.
• Oversee accounts payable activities and regional invoicing.
