Job summary

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking an Operations Manager for Final Mile / Home Delivery operations in Tulsa, OK. You will lead daily delivery site activities, build strong relationships with customers and Independent Contractors, and drive performance across Quality Control, Customer Service, and Operations.

The role requires 5+ years of logistics leadership, a track record of improving KPIs, and the ability to manage budgets and safety.

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 Base + 10% Annual Bonus

Additional Compensation: $100 Monthly Cell Phone Allowance

Our client, a national third-party logistics (3PL) provider, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee Final Mile / Home Delivery operations supporting one of the country's largest retail customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven logistics leader who enjoys managing teams, building strong customer relationships, and driving operational performance in a fast-paced delivery environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of a Final Mile delivery location

• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced operational environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong service and operational standards
