Job summary

UST Logistical Systems is seeking a Delivery Manager in Tulsa, OK to lead the warehouse team and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments for a newly starting warehouse. The role focuses on scheduling, leadership, and ensuring high quality operations, with a compensation range of $70,000–$90,000.

The successful candidate will prioritize meeting shipping dates, maintain a positive work environment, and drive performance while adhering to safety and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years leading people and operations.
• Ability to be available on an on-call basis.
• Experience with inbound/outbound shipments and warehouse leadership.
• Clean MVR, criminal record, and drug screen.
• Higher education and/or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and inventory management software.
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Completes and manages weekly reporting and deadlines.
• Ensures loading of all trucks is accurate, efficient, and meets quality standards.
• Keeps customer service and shipping quality as a top priority.
• Manages a support staff depending on the location.
• Manages deliveries for the warehouse and back of stores.
• Monitors KPIs to ensure a healthy and efficient operation.
• Oversees dispatch, claims management, DOT compliance, and invoices/settlements.
• Oversees the warehouse that manages all trucks in the market.
• Recruits and retains drivers and warehouse staff.
