Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Final Mile Manager to lead Final Mile Partners and 3PL relationships, overseeing hub operations to ensure SOP adherence and on-time deliveries. This role requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand experience at the hub level.

Responsibilities include monitoring delivery metrics, conducting on-site audits, supporting store transfers, and driving improvements across locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations at designated hub facilities to ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor key metrics: cost per stop, cycle time, on-time delivery, returns, and customer satisfaction.
• Participate in loadouts and standup meetings with drive teams and 3PL management; support store transfers.
