OSC Technical Solutions is seeking a File Transfer Administrator to serve as SME for WS_FTP, KiteWorks and Box.com environments. You will manage file transfer processes, handle account requests, monitor performance and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with customers and teammates.

The role supports the ongoing transition from WS-FTP to KiteWorks and Box.com, enforcing account policies, and handling break-fix, audits and tickets.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with FTP/SFTP/HTTP/S and secure file transfer practices.
• Proficient with Windows Server 2019/2022, TCP/IP, Active Directory and Azure.

• Manage internal/external WS_FTP server resources, operations, support and maintenance.
• Oversee KiteWorks transition and Box.com environments; enforce account policies.
• Handle break-fix, data calls, audits and support tickets with customers and peers.
