Job summary

OSC Global is seeking a File Transfer Administrator to serve as a Subject Matter Expert for WS_FTP, KiteWorks and Box.com environments. The role focuses on secure, efficient data transfer between internal and external environments, including account administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

You will work within a team to manage transitions, optimize file transfer protocols, and ensure compliance with security standards while supporting customers and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with managed file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, HTTP/S).
• Experience administering WS_FTP, KiteWorks and Box.com environments.
• Proficiency with Windows Server 2019/2022, TCP/IP, Active Directory and Azure cloud hosting.

Responsibilities

• Manage WS_FTP, KiteWorks and Box.com environments and related file transfer processes.
• Oversee account request administration and access control policies.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues; coordinate with customers and team members.
• Support the transition to KiteWorks environment during the rollout period.
• Work with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and security.
