Job summary

OSC Global is seeking a Subject Matter Expert in file transfer to manage WS_FTP, KiteWorks, and Box.com environments. You will oversee transfer processes, account requests, monitoring, and issue resolution, working with customers to ensure smooth operations and security.

The role supports a major transition from WS_FTP to KiteWorks/Box.com, with an 8–12 month window, requiring strong troubleshooting, Windows Server, TCP/IP, and Azure experience, plus excellent teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience with managed file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP).
• Proficient with Windows Server 2019/2022, TCP/IP, Active Directory, and Azure hosting.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytics, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage current WS_FTP and ongoing KiteWorks/Box.com environments.
• Oversee account requests, access administration, and policy adherence.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with customers and teams.
• Support transition from WS_FTP to KiteWorks/Box.com over 8–12 months.
