Job summary

ViaPath Technologies is seeking a Telecommunication Technician 3 to join the Field Services team in Oklahoma. In this role, you'll handle repair and maintenance of telecommunication systems while providing service at client sites. You will need experience in troubleshooting hardware and software, with proficiency in networking and telephony.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-4 years of related experience.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and establish facts.
• Must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an ambassador representative for ViaPath.
• Responsible for overall service of ViaPath products at customer sites.
• Communicating updates associated with assigned service calls.
