Job summary

Rawson seeks a Senior Technician II to lead field service efforts and mentor junior technicians. The role requires strong electrical, mechanical, and controls knowledge, with a focus on safety and client communication.

You will manage complex service jobs, coordinate with sales and support teams, and ensure timely, accurate documentation of service activities across multiple sites. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential, with flexibility to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have strong electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic knowledge.
• Excellent communication and soft skills for customer interactions.
• Proven ability to manage paperwork including quotes, service reports, and checklists.
• Proven time management and project management capabilities.
• Experience leading technical support teams and diffusing escalations.
• Ability to collaborate with IR Tech Support, sourcing parts, and coordinating with sales and management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the field service team and mentor technicians.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and resolve escalations effectively.
• Maintain safety and regulatory compliance (OSHA and similar standards).
• Coordinate with internal teams for on-site issues and service delivery.
