The role requires strong communication, safety compliance, and the ability to support a global customer base, including coordinating with sales and service teams for quotes and reports. Overtime/on-call may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in the industry.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Proven time management and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Experience leading technical support teams and diffusing escalations.
