Job summary

Electric Power Systems is seeking a Sr. Field Technician to lead field crews in testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high, medium, and low voltage electrical equipment across diverse substations and projects. You will interface with customers and engineering teams to ensure safe, efficient execution.

You will develop testing plans, review performance data, and guide junior technicians while upholding a strong safety culture and quality standards on every assignment.

Qualifications

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen (safety sensitive).
• Criminal background check required.
• Ability to work overtime and travel.
• Must hold valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews on testing, inspection, maintenance and commissioning of high/medium/low voltage equipment.
• Direct repair, maintenance and troubleshooting to restore equipment performance.
• Develop testing plans, procedures and work scopes for electrical equipment.
• Prepare and review detailed test and maintenance reports.
