Electric Power Systems in St. Louis, MO seeks a Sr. Field Technician to lead crews and manage complex testing and maintenance projects on substations and high/medium/low voltage equipment.

You will interface with customers, engineers, and field teams to deliver safe, reliable results. The role requires extensive field experience, leadership, and the ability to plan, document testing activities, and coordinate resources across projects.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen in a safety sensitive role.
• Criminal background check required.
• Ability to work overtime and travel out of town as needed.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily job site safety briefings and enforce PPE usage.
• Direct testing, inspection, maintenance, and commissioning of high/medium/low voltage equipment.
• Analyze test results and troubleshoot electrical/control systems.
• Prepare and review detailed reports of testing, maintenance, and performance.
• Coordinate field activities with engineers, project managers, and customers.
